My fiancé can be such a little brat at times. He always thinks he knows what’s best and how things should be. Ironic for someone who is wrong about things most of the time! He doesn’t believe in small quarrels either. Every quarrel turns into some massive discussion where every word is analysed. He will fixate on everything. I wouldn’t be surprised if as a kid he had parents that would never say no to him. The most recent example of this is our quarrel over the air conditioning. Basically, the weather has been very up and down over the last. My fiancé and I clearly have a different measure as to what is hot and what is cold. In my opinion, he keeps setting the air conditioner too low to the point it feels like we’re in a freezer. He disagrees.
Two nights ago we had some friends over for dinner and our classic cooling quarrel kicked off once again. He kept cracking the air conditioner to the point everyone in the room had goosebumps. Every time I tried to increase the heat, he’d get up ten minutes later to bring the temperature down.
After so much tampering with the air conditioning settings, we ended up breaking the system. It probably got so confused by all the varying temperatures. Now we need to find an air conditioning contractor near Highett. My fiancé believes it’s my fault that our air conditioning is now broken. He says if I just left the air conditioning alone, we wouldn’t be in this mess. What a selfish way of thinking! It’s both our fault the air conditioning is no longer working. We both chose to keep adjusting the system.
To be fair, I do think our air conditioner has been in need of an air conditioning service. Bayside has great air conditioning contractors who would no doubt be able to do the repair in no time. I wouldn’t be surprised if the air conditioning already had a few problems, hence why neither of us were ever happy with the temperature.
