I have successfully acquired a property in Perth – in a riverside and beachside suburb called Applecross. The property is fit for a King or an extremely high-profile celebrity such as myself. I am very happy with my acquisition and I’d like to thank the most esteemed buyer’s advocate in Elsternwick for putting me in touch with their counterparts in Perth.
I’m on my way back to Melbourne on my private plane now. The buyer’s agent that I’m working with has found a lovely property for me to purchase in a suburb called Kew. I’ve heard that Kew is one of the best suburbs in Melbourne to buy into and seeing as I’ve already bought into all the best ones back home in the U.S., I am keen to buy into the best ones here in Melbourne.
Seeing as my buyer’s advocate has a very good understanding of my requirements and the type of properties I’d like to acquire for my investment portfolio, I’ve told her that I’m happy for her to make investment decisions on my behalf. I obviously have the final sign off on any decisions made seeing as I’m the celebrity and the person with the money, but I trust her to do all the hard work for me.
Once I’ve acquired the property in Kew, I’m going to speak to tee up another conversation with my buyer’s agent. Hawthorn sounds like another great suburb to buy in, due to its high regard in the Melbourne area. I think after buying a property in Hawthorn, I may take my business to another country. Three multi-million dollar properties in Australia are enough for the time being. I think I might move onto the property market in Paris afterwards.
Australia is a beautiful country and I can’t wait to live in my properties when I tour the world. I already have somewhere to live in every state in America.
